Our stay at the other hotel was fantastic. The gentleman at the reception was very kind to welcome us even though we arrived later than the check-in time due to a travel delay. The room itself was stunning, with plenty of space, impeccable cleanliness, and a stunning view. The bathroom was also spacious and elegantly designed. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect for us as it was only a 2-minute walk away from the sanctuary, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

The hilltop location of the hotel provided an awesome view both in the evening sunset and in the morning when the mountain mist was rolling by. The hotel and complex was interesting to walk around and explore. The hotel staff really added to our stay; they were genuinely interested in what our plans were and responded with some really useful information. Access to Bilbao from the hotel was very straightforward.

The room has a smart TV and the bathroom came with the essential toiletries. Incredible location adjoining an amazing church at a great price. Rooms were large and comfortable with dramatic Mountain Views. We woke up late our first morning and missed breakfast. The lovely lady at the cafeteria made us breakfast specifically and saved our morning. Highly highly recommend staying here!

I felt like I had arrived in a fairy tale. This was near the beginning of my Ignatian Camino. I had walked far and was tired. To hear the bells welcoming me was a gift. To open the window of my room to overlook the valley was incredible. Staff were helpful, welcoming. The food was outstanding.
